We revamped Cove Jewellery’s website to improve aesthetics and user experience while also implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy.

We revamped Cove Jewellery’s website to improve aesthetics and user experience while also implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy.
Despite offering superior products and services, Cove Jewellery struggled to attract high-quality customers.
After a thorough review, I identified key issues impacting their brand visibility: poor website user experience, ineffective brand positioning, and a lack of digital presence.
I implemented a comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategy, including Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing (SEO), and a complete redesign of the website’s user experience.
Based on the client brief and expected business outcomes, I evaluated all brand assets and identified gaps where the brand was not effectively communicating its values to the target audience.
Cove Jewellery’s brand was perceived as low-end. I re-positioned the brand by redesigning the website and key digital assets to better reflect its premium quality.
I retained the foundation of the existing visual identity to maintain familiarity with current customers. The new design elevated Cove’s prestige, aligning with its desired brand image.
The primary color, dark green, reflects Cove Jewellery’s sophistication and timeless elegance, serving as the foundation of the brand’s visual identity. Complementary shades of goldenrod, white, and black reinforce this prestigious feel while adding contrast and balance.
We developed a custom digital marketing strategy incorporating Google Ads, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), and website optimisation. This approach led to a 200% increase in Cove’s business goals within the first three months.
The combination of the brand revamp and a location-specific digital marketing campaign delivered immediate and impactful results, making the project a great success. The website redesign posed some challenges, particularly with custom coding certain elements to achieve the desired functionality. However, both the process and the final outcome were highly satisfying—for both myself and the client.
